I ordered the box for 4.99. Recieved it. Sent two separate email less than a week after andI got one back, confirming. Then my account was $100.00 off and through some digging realized this company deducted 97.99 from my account? And never even sent a product even. aIAMASKING FOR A COMPLETE REFUND. I have sent them several emails and they refuse to acknowledge me. I live on disability, which is hard enough. And have my Mom at my house passing away with the help of Hospice. It really has made things very difficult at this time. A hundred dollars to me right now is a million. Can anyone help me, no one will listen to me. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. HELP ME PLEASE

These people ripped me off for $212! They are somehow connected to Prache Skin care as the link in the site to cancel had a prache email address! Horrible scammers all the way around! The size of the samples is really small as well so double tip off!

Company debted my account without final ok. The product was not free.
ads like this one should be out lawed. I am so mad I have not received a free product because they debt my account after receiving free product. Product is not a good product. called the company when I saw the debit on my account. They said they would give me fifty percent of my money back. I think they should refund all of it. /the product was never free. How do I know they want debt my account again. What a scam. Why don't they let people decide if they want to order the product again. Because they know that people would not order it again. People needs to be aware of companies that do this to consumers. They should have a consumer alert list so people can check how their company debts people account.

Niuvella and Allumiere Anti-aging Skin Products Scam

My complaint about NOVA SKIN SCIENCES is the same as already stated. Their products are Novella anti-aging serum and Allumiere anti-aging cream. Their contact information is Customerservice@***.com; phone no. 188*-776-**** AND Customerservice@***.com; phone no. 188*-801-**** respectively. This is CLEARLY a (ONE) business set up specifically to DEFAUD unsuspecting customers who think they are getting an Honest product at a Bargain. They advertise a Free trial size of One of the above products at $4.95 to cover shipping and handling, (but send the two boxed together) and once they have your Credit Card Number, within a few days of receiving the products they begin billing you for $109 and $103 EACH for these products. ADDITIONALLY, these two products are sold on Amazon.com as a two box set for $89.99. That's a ripoff/difference of $122.00 to Nova Skin Sciences. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!! THIS IS CRIMINAL EXPLOITATION AND THEFT. This clearly criminal enterprise needs to come to the attention of agencies responsible for allowing them to operate.

Deceptive Business Conduct resulting in financial Loss
I noticed on line a opportunity to acquire a free skin cream product ,endorsed by a celebrity ,in this case Sally Field. They explain the reason it is free ,Because a Celebrity like Sally Field can afford to offer the sample free, I clicked on the link to receive the sample ,Which stated I need to pay shipping -I agreed. Then all of a sudden a second product appeared, I thought at first this was strange ,But proceeded, I received both products ,thinking they were both free samples. I made the order approx 14 th sept 2017. After I had received the two items , I happened to check my bank account approx 10 to 12 days after receiving the goods .-And to my shock found out that two unauthorized direct debits had taken place On the 8th Oct and then the 11th Oct Total $ 280 .82 cents. I reported this to my bank who quickly canceled my card and issued me with a new card, I receive a disability pension ,This has caused me hardship, I have written to the Company, Stating I will post back both products which are unused and they refuse to refund me My bank are also investigating the matter ,but have informed me ,the merchant bank has refused to refund my money. I have called them ,They state i agreed to the terms and conditions when i clicked the box to accept shipping costs on the free sample There practices are deceptive and misleading resulting in financial loss

False advertising Nova Skin Sciences

We ordered a trial supply of Allumiere and Niuvella Skin anti-aging products, were told all we had to do was pay postage, there wouid not be any subsequent shipments or charges, we had 30 days to decide if we wanted a subscription for more product. The product did not work, no improvement, so we called to make certain we weren’t going to be sent anymore, we were told we had to send product back, get RMA numbers, there would be a $20 restocking fee, talked to another rep, after arguing with him, asking how you can charge a restocking fee when they were supposedly samples, he said we don’t send samples, another false statement in their ads, he finally agreed to waive restocking fee, but if product wasn’t back in 30 days, there would be additional charges on c c on file

"Free Samples" - NOT free

I was one of those numb skulls who thought I had checked a company's reputation clsoely enough and accepted an ad for "free samples"...just pay shipping. the Products are from the same manufacturer and are Niuvella anti-aging Serum and Allumiere anti-agin cream both made for Nove Skin Care Sciences LTD. The next month I was chared $115 for one and $109 fir the other. This supposedly is because the fine print (so fine I still can't find it) says they are trials and you will be charged after 30 days and then subscribed to a monthly shipping of these products. Consequently I was charged AGAIN this month. They say they can refund this month but not last month because it is past the "refund" date. I never agreed to a subscription and in fact checked every "NO" box I could find. My credit card company is working with me. I had to get really rude just to get the hald back that I did and get the subscritptions cancelled. This is a scam designed to bilk people out of at least a hundred dollars before they notice it. These people need to be stopped.

my wife is 74 and she sent for a $ 4.95 offer for skin products, she received the product, after the first she did not want it. they started sending the product every month and charging $103 every time, my suffers from memory loss so she did not know how sent this, I found out abut this and tried to send the in open boxes back but they said no keep it and will give 50% back on the last order but we have 4 orders to send back but they would not except them and that is all we will do. This is a rip off unfair be careful when you order these good deals be cause they take advantage of the elderly with no consequences. The company is Nova Skin Science the product is Ilus

I agree with the above customer. The same thing happened to me.
I paid the shipping for a sample of the serum and the cream the every month I was bill for both for which I did not order.This is not worth over $100/bottle each month.This is miss leading.
There is no contact # to call but I finally looked it up and called and canceled this. I see comments where others have been charged for things did not order; this is very misleading and should be stopped immediately.
